He remains the cause of an ongoing undeclared war in Ukraine’s eastern region. He’s recklessly bombed civilian areas in Syria without regard for the laws of war. He did the same thing in Chechnya massacring innocents along with the guilty. He is an arrant warmonger, and he’s on a glide path to destroy the most effective peace-keeping organization in the history of the world, NATO.
