The latest issue of Marvel Comics Captain America: Sam Wilson features writer Nick Spencer taking jabs at campus social justice warriors (SJWs).
Which seems quite, well, odd given Spencers far-left politics and hatred for all things conservative/Republican. As confirmation, readers and fans on Twitter and elsewhere couldnt figure out whether to take the writers latest creation, the Bombshells, seriously or not.
The Bombshells show up at a college to thwart an appearance by what Heat Streets Ian Miles Cheong calls an amalgam of right-wing provocateurs Lauren Southern and Milo Yiannopoulos (although the womans name is Ariella Conner which indicates to me that she is more a reference to Ann Coulter but why split hairs). Theyre a sort of superpowered version of what we witness at colleges when such speakers are invited.
Their introduction panel is completely over the top: Your oppressive hate speech will no longer go unanswered! says one of the Bombshells. Yeah this campus is a safe space! exclaims another.
But guess who else is in attendance at Ms. Conners discussion? The new Falcon, whos an illegal immigrant and is pissed off at Conners views on that very subject, and fellow superhero Rage, a character from the inner city whos been around since 1990 (and was recently utilized by Spencer to help lecture us peons about police brutality). (Sidebar: The old Falcon is Sam Wilson, who is now one of the current Captain Americas along with the original, Steve Rogers. Capisce?)

Disney is at least smart enough to keep that crap out of their film/TV/Netflix franchise. They KNOW they can't risk losing the red-state audience. Which, I like to think it makes that a$$hat Joss Whedon seethe with barely-bridled fury that he can't go full leftist with the Avengers.
I know plenty of otherwise Liberal democrats who hate the SJW movement. They think it discredits the issues they pretend to care about, so this is not surprising.
I think every avenger is a moonbat in real life, especially Chris Evans. Downey Jr. seemed to be snapping out of it but relapsed.
Liberals don’t think they can be parodied.
