Death by China: Confronting the Dragon - A Global Call to Action (2011), by Peter Navarro.

The author was just selected to be the head of Trump’s new White House National Trade Council.

The gist is that China cheats big league on trade, and does so as a strategy to dominate the world, entirely for the benefit of a small ruling clique of guys from Beijing and Shanghai.
