"Care Bear Economics" Criticized During Canadian Conservative Leadership Debate

During the second official debate in the Conservative Party’s leadership race Tuesday night, candidates found themselves straining to separate themselves from the pack.

And of course, nothing brought the candidates together like their common hatred of the Liberals. Scheer, for one, said he “can’t let Justin Trudeau do to my kids what his father did to our generation, and that’s leave us with a legacy of debt and deficits.” Trudeau’s “sunshine and unicorns and Care Bear economics” aren’t working, he said.

Trudeau The First was in power (for the second time) from March 1980 until June 1984 - the height of Care Bear popularity. Coincidence?

That’s an unwarranted insult to the Care Bears. That method of economics has about as much to do with caring as the People’s Democratic Republic of North Korea (spit) does with democracy.

Case in point: their ramshackle healthcare system with more waiting lines than a Soviet grocery store and which continually relies on proximity to the USA to bail out people who can’t get seen by a doctor or specialist in a timely manner or at all. To continue the analogy would be roughly like a kid scraping his knee and having to wait in line for an hour and fill out twenty forms to get a band-aid.

Trudeau is nothing more than the Northern Branch of the DNC ....coached by Larry Summers....recently endorsed by Joe Biden as one of the two remaining major liberal leaders..Since Merkle is doing the dance of the dying swan....Justin will soon be the “Last of the Mohicans”....he has yet to come to grips with Nov. 8th...however his sycophants are beginning to foam at the mouth.
