Would Washington’s humbuggery rate go up, but the high-dollar restaurant meal expenses go down, if the per diem allowed for Washington DC were reduced by 15%?

My last minute shopping will be done early FRiday morning. I will be home late morning and DONE. I only have to make one stop for DH, then the Gertrude Hawk shop, which will try my last nerve. Then it’s home free for me.

I am done with everything! we had our family Christmas open house this past Saturday [instead of Sunday so as to have a chickfila platter!] and that always motivates me to get everything done in advance. we wrote out the cards on Sunday. yinz should all be getting yours today. it was hilarious because as I was addressing Dave’s I said, oh wait I have to try to remember his last name, bc I just think of him as the SOOTHER, and xsbaby and xshub laughed and said, oh is that not really his name? LOL!
There better not even be the slightest humbuggery of a Flyers win tomorrow PM. we are driving up for the Caps-Flyers game and spending the night [Gord has to wear the home team jersey unforch], xsteen and her fam will go on to her inlaws for Christmas from there and return here in time for Christmas Mass on Christmas day. I have the rest of the week to figure out meals for Christmas eve and day.

If a hockey game involves the Flyers, one thing you can count on is some dirty play. Maybe no humbuggery, but you can count on some thuggery.
