"The EC has the duty to examine the vote" for Trump - Williams
Fox News Sunday | 12/18/16

Posted on 12/18/2016 7:44:54 AM PST by pabianice

Full-blown word riot on Fox News Sunday. Juan Williams is asserting that tomorrow the electoral college has the right to "examine if Trump is suitable to be president." Carl Rove is about to explode; moderator Wallace is losing control of the "argument."

Hillary is running again in 2020. Mark my words.

I suspect most liberals secretly long for the Middle Ages, as long as they are the nobility.

Socialism and feudalism have many similarities.

The concept that common people are individuals who deserve human rights is foreign to both ideologies.

WHAT THE HELL IS HE WORRIED ABOUT???

230 Electors will EXAMINE Trump thoroughly, and almost certainly will come to the very wise decision of not supporting him (the fact that they come from Democrat-voting states is immaterial).

So no worries John, you’ll get your review.

They never were; nor will they ever accept a Republican president going forward.

Republicans need to stop obsessing about being liked by the Left and move forward doggedly to execute the mandate from the people who put them in office.

Conservative viewers made FOX News with their high ratings and in return they dump on their best customers in pride and arrogance. I’ll watch Hannity ( the grand interrupting of guests aside) , Dobbs and Jeanine but that’s about it for me.

Yes and no. I think one of the reasons Trump picked Priebus for CoS is that he came around and put the GOP GOTV data to good use for Trump. People can argue how much of a difference a GOTV effort can make, especially when the democrats have additional constituencies to draw from (non-citizens, the dead, etc.). When the margins are so small in the rust belt states, GOTV becomes a critical element.

There are still plenty of GOP types, the Graham-McCain team, that suck.

They certainly showed a lot of disdain for Reagan. But Reagan won with such big landslides that I never heard anyone say he wasn’t the legitimate president. Ditto for Bush I. Also, liberals weren’t nearly as hardcore and mean back then.

It was only a threat to democracy when she thought Trump was not going to accept her win (which she was so entitled to...puke).

"The Dems are not going to accept Trump as president, ever."

So what? All the more reason to render them impotent.

I don’t give them credit for anything. They cheated massively in this election and lost because Trump didn’t lay down and cower in a corner like most Republican presidential candidates have done lately. He showed a fight we haven’t seen since Reagan, and he was able to attract enough independents and Democrats to overcome the margin of fraud.

No truer words have been written. Both parties thought he would step down when their first Billy Bush coup attempt was made. They assumed that like any other politician, he's see the writing on the wall and bail. Wrong again.

I have a gut feeling this Russia gate fiasco is also going to blow up in their faces once Trump cleans out the moles in our government. A pardoned Julian Assange testifying before congress would be the stuff of legend. And it just may happen.

If she is alive then yes! No let me restate that if she can be wheeled from necessary political event to necessary event, a low probability of intercept encrypted wireless audio system installed then “alive” is optional!

Nope...the party isn’t that stupid and Bubba will be in an advanced stage of dementia. And Hillary’s health will NEVER get better...4 years is a lot of aging on a woman. I’m 72...and I look a hell of a lot better than she does...and e has been MUCH more vigorous than hers.

So what is new? They never accepted Bush as legitimate either.

Bush acted like he wasn’t sure he was the legitimate president and ultimately was not a great president. I’m curious to see how Trump does.

Wouldn’t it be great if Trump got more votes than the 306 votes?

Imo, the squishes (or as I call them, the quislings) are trying to do to trump exactly what the squishies did to Reagan.

Infiltrate and continue spreading their rot.

Poor Juan. Even after all these years, still doesn’t really understand America.
