Very good answer by Denzel.
Walter Hudson's comment about headlines also makes a good point.
News feeds and even here on freep, we should be alert to "Headline does not match story" situations.
It could be an indication that someone is trying to mislead us, or is a sloppy writer so what else is he getting wrong.

Fake news is th eresult of 24-hour news channels. There is not enough news to fill the air waves 24-hours a day, 365-days a year.
The result is crap made up to fill the excess hours and help to sell commercial time.

News is data. Anyone that works with data is very familiar with the concept “garbage in, garbage out”
Mr Washington nails it. Most news sources would rather be first, then retract or correct their data. Which gives us a LOT of garbage data
