Yes there was no where off the road they could park. However you know what? Dude was using his truck to shield him from cars so he not hit. I saw two, count it TWO school buses pass by. Those school buses be bigger than his diesel truck and would have knock his truck into him and squashed him like the bug he is. Idiot!
