Omarosa Manigault, a first-season contestant on “The Apprentice,” has officially joined the Trump transition team, it was announced Thursday.
Manigault has been placed on the transition executive committee, joining the likes of Jared Kushner, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump, Peter Thiel and a host of other loyalists.
During the lengthy presidential campaign, Omarosa, who is usually introduced by her first name, was a forceful and effective surrogate, often appearing on TV to cheer on and defend Trump.
She was spotted by reporters at Trump Tower this week, so her appointment is hardly surprising.
Her precise responsibilities are not known, but she appeared in the Trump Tower lobby with NFL greats Jim Brown and Ray Lewis after their meeting with Trump on Tuesday about urban development and job creation issues.
Other additions to the transition team include Amata Coleman Radewagen, American Samoa’s delegate to the House; Sheriff Butch Anderson of Dutchess County, NY; Oracle CEO Safra Catz and several New York Republicans — Tom Dadey; Nick Langworthy; Mike McCormack; Joe Mondello; and former Rep. John Sweeney.

Totally out of place and a catty comment by Omarosa about the Boob-ification of her opponent.
But she deserved it. She was dressed inappropriately for television and she deserved the slap.
Did you know Duncan was at the infamous “Disco Demolition” game in Chicago in 1979?
Omarosa did an EXCELLENT job. She has learned well from The Master Persuader. :)

I wasn’t fond of her when she was on the show - thought she was a bit of a beotch. Since then she’s become a pastor and has been by Trump’s side most of the year along with Pastor Scott and Pastor Mark Burns, among other pastors. IIRC she was also on the Women for Trump tour with Diamond and Silk, Lynne Patton and Lara Trump (Eric’s wife). I’ve been very impressed with her this year - she seems to have changed a lot and appears to be smart and articulate (from what I’ve seen of her) - has been very pro-Trump.
