I’ve suddenly started getting pop-up tabs filled with spam on my MB Pro. The most common tells me I have to click on a link in the tab to update Adobe Flashplayer (which is up to date). Others are ads for gold or for investing in marijuana. A really annoying one is a video of some guy who says he was with the CIA and is predicting economic doom. This whole thing just started a few weeks ago. Has anyone else experienced this? I regularly run Anti-virus Bitsweeper but it keeps coming back.
I think your problem is "Bitsweeper.”
I’m surprised you said nothing about Flash . . .

Good point. . . notice the time I was posting that. heheheheh. We had just gotten back from a night on the town after seeing Stevie Nicks in Concert. I'm amazed I got that much covered, especially after having a very nice Brandy . . .
