Seim preaches against all kinds of things like abortion, killing people in general without cause (he figures law enforcement shouldn’t be taking over God’s role like they seem to nowadays too often).
He actually sounds a bit like Glenn Beck in that he wants people on the “Right” and “Left” to find some common ground in spite of differences.
Beck supports politics, Seim is very cynical about it.
Seim wants a Second Amendment that is Constitutional, no permits for this kind or ‘carry’ or that kind of ‘carry’.
Seim comes off like some sort of the John the Baptist.
There are stories out West that the federal government (Bureau of Land Management) puts its facilities on lockdown when he’s traveling through.
Seim may end in jail like John the Baptist.
You hit the nail on the head when you wrote of his cynicism. It is a very strong trait of his, at least as demonstrated on this video. Cynicism has no place in Christian ministry. James 1:36 and chapter 3 of James, speaks of the tongue and how much evil it can do. As a preacher, should he not be acting as directed by the Bible?
If he is a mormon, as the Bundys are, then the Bible is a secondary thing to Smith’s cultish book, and he may well be greatly following mormon dogma, though those beliefs and dogmas seem to change with circumstances, and certainly are NOT Biblical!
