I am sure he is thinking about it. He turned up at a military base located at Yellow Sea shoreline. There is a S. Korean island not far from there. N. Korea claims this area as their own. This general area, just to the north of DMZ, was scenes of many military confrontations initiated by N. Korea as naval firefights, and artillery strikes. The last one is about 6 years ago. While DMZ on land has been quiet, this part of water is a pretty much active battle ground. This would be a place of choice when N. Korea feels it needs to create another military provocation. While missile launch and nuclear test is a general threat to U.S. and N. Korea's neighbors, this kind of provocation is specifically targeted to S. Korea. If the past is any guide, the current political situation is ideal for another attack.

I just got around to reading this blog. Definitely answers all the questions about the historical context for anyone interested in facts. The fallout may be significant in terms of instability due to mass corruption exposure. But in all truthfulness the best way to deal with corruption is to expose it and when the people rise up in masses and declare they will not tolerate it. Positive change is in the works.
