If anyone thought a Michigan ballot recount was going to end up being a net positive for Hillary Clinton, they are intellectually disconnected from understanding the reality of how fraudulent the most democrat precincts are in Wayne County (Detroit) Michigan.
Election laws put into place specifically to protect the fraud, and ensure the manipulative discoveries are never identified, now mean the votes cannot be recounted.

MICHIGAN – One-third of precincts in Wayne County could be disqualified from an unprecedented statewide recount of presidential election results because of problems with ballots.
Michigan’s largest county voted overwhelmingly for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, but officials couldn’t reconcile vote totals for 610 of 1,680 precincts during a countywide canvass of vote results late last month.
Most of those are in heavily Democratic Detroit, where the number of ballots in precinct poll books did not match those of voting machine printout reports in 59 percent of precincts, 392 of 662.
According to state law, precincts whose poll books don’t match with ballots can’t be recounted. If that happens, original election results stand.

Well, there ya go - proof that the machines were hacked, tampered-with, unreliable, etc., just like Jilly and Hilly have been saying, all along!
Well, it keeps the most fraudulent pro-Hillary precincts from finding additional fraudulent votes, witch is what she needs to win. So yeah, it does hurt her.
They still can be and probably will be audited in the future. I’d expect this to happen post Jan 20, 2017.
Certainly hope so. Preferably followed by some punitive election supervision of those precincts like was done with Southern states.

Because he voter cards were fed into the computer scanning device multiple times...so generating additional counts in the computer that are not related to the total count from the vote box.
I guess the cheaters were so used to cheating that they:
1. Didn't expect Hillary to loose
2. Didn't anticipate a recount.
Sucks to be them.
So let me read between the lines here... In Clinton areas of Michigan, the technique to double count votes was to yank the ballot out of the electronic counting machine before it is fully read and then re-enter the ballot again (”Every time a jammed ballot was removed and reinserted, he suspects the machine may have re-counted it.”). This resulted in 87 machines getting jammed on election day in Detroit. Now that the judge-ordered recount is under way, these 610 precincts are unable to reconcile the electronic tally of votes cast with the number of paper ballots issued.. Michigan law says such precincts may not be recounted. In essence, Hillary can keep her initially garnered fraudulent votes, but no new fraudulent votes may be added to her tally in those precincts.
Of course, the fact I have to read about this in a UK newspaper is scandalous to the US media.
If they can’t be REcounted, why are they counted to begin with?
Trump should ask for a recount in all 50 states.....sea to sea proof of democratic voter fraud. Worth every penny.
As soon as Trump takes office he needs to start jailing all these demonrats involved in voter fraud and then REDO THE ENTIRE ELECTORAL PROCESS. ITS WAY TO EASY TO CHEAT IT.
Of course kick out 10 million illegals will help too.
If it is the leftist government officials putting in boxes of fake Hillary ballots then Voter ID won’t solve that part of the problem. Moter Voter passed by Slick Willie gave illegald a way to get Voter ID. All you have to do is check the box that you are a US Citizen.

the votes could have been counted properly to begin with .. THEN been tampered with the affect the outcome of the recount.

That’s the gist of it, XERHpa. And that’s why they really need to look into this. I’m certain that this happens every election, but this time, with the recount, the evidence gets displayed even if it can’t be used directly.
Although, they might have some leverage with it, to go after election officials in the precincts that are dealing with the issue.
True - Voter ID only solves the issue of individuals voting in someone else’s name or using a fictitious name. There needs to be some safeguards in place at the voting locations as well to prevent stuffing the ballot box. I think what they do is they will create 40-50 or so votes in an individual precinct, not enough to stand out, but enough that when 100 or 200 precincts cheat, they can get 4000-10000 extra votes.
More likely, if they used paper ballots, that they ran Hillary ballots through several times. It’s been said many times on here that to win in states with these big cities, you have to amass totals that can’t be overcome by ballot stuffing.
And why do think the big cities controlled by the Dems are always the last to report?? They have to wait to know how many votes they need to fabricate to shift the statewide results. This year the Trump victory was so overwhelming they couldn’t manufacture enough votes to offset Trump’s totals.
