Both tutor and student are black, and seems they have video that doesn’t show him tripping and tossing the kid into the wall as a result. The tutor looks dull and criminal, so probably he really did just lose his temper and chucked the kid against the wall. The kid had a toy gun and was NOT expelled for having one. the tutor was trying to take it away.
Looking better and better for teach.
Assuming he can handle whatever fallout comes out of the kids family.
