Both tutor and student are black, and seems they have video that doesn’t show him tripping and tossing the kid into the wall as a result. The tutor looks dull and criminal, so probably he really did just lose his temper and chucked the kid against the wall.

The kid had a toy gun and was NOT expelled for having one. the tutor was trying to take it away.
