I’m due for a checkpoint at the end of DEcember. It was a very scary 12.1 Givwen my low day-to-day blood glucose numbers, it’s probably well south of the original number. I was having a very bad time, and I’m glad I caught it in time.
My God. Glad you caught it in time. My first wife - The Turkish Troll - had degrees in biology, pharmacology, and an MBA. She did pharmaceutical research and marketing for the large firms that screw us on the cost of these drugs. She kept telling me that I had diabetes for years before I got diagnosed (found out that it's hereditary, not from poor diet or lack of exercise). The one time I
should have listened to her henpecking, but didn't......anyway, I've got nephropathy in both feet and lower legs now. I have to take 400 mg. of Neurontin x4 daily for it. Plus Lasix for edema. I'll stop there. I'm a wreck. LOL
