In every case, no matter what the issue, or the circumstances, or the facts, the rules are ALWAYS different for Democrats.
Keeping that in mind, if a liberal judge has to rule on this, paying in this manner is simply a matter of form over substance, and the substance is that a request was filed and that’s it and that a fee was paid. That’s all that matters.
That is how I see this. a liberal judge will over look the statute because they were not a republican
