When I heard she was doing the fundraising thing, I figured that is what this “recount” is about. (I mean - how can she benefit from a recount?)
Could be a way for a wealthy investor to fund her next campaign or whatever other efforts she is into. Although this would mean she isn’t getting any other money (or at least small amounts) from other sources.
If it is a bot run by someone who is wealthy (ie : Soros), the recount could be claimed to be publicly funded, source of bot remains unknown.
For what purpose : possible delay of formal certification of the recent election ?; bolster the DNC claim of irregularities ?
If she should change her mind and not pursue a recount: all that money is hers
