I use AdBlock Plus and Ghostery. Not sure how that tried getting through....

If you have a copy of MalwareBytes, run it and see if you have any PUPS (Potentially Unwanted ProgramS) on your machine. Include Rootkits in the ‘search’ parameters. Select SCAN, Configure, All drives, Scan for Rootkits. It’ll run for a LONG time, but it will clean-off the bad guys.
