Started as someone's goofy character, may have been a Conservative young person. Somehow, the Left attached that meme to Conservatives. Now it triggers them when they see it. Pepe appears in a lot Deplorabes memes. That's all I know........😂🇺🇸👍👍🏻👍🏾👍🏽🍿
