The title is misleading. She is suing the school district and some mexical professionals for not informing her of the medical treatment he is receiving.

Yes, I kinda took it at that but I always look for the do-gooders out there like the legal aid people and state and federal officials that “give” away entitlements (that’s what this boy got in the form of unauthorized medical treatements) eventually come back around when THEY get into money problems and the first thing they do is try to foist off some of their prior expenses off on somebody else. It’s the “deep pockets” theory.

ObamaCare don’t say much about the IRS charging your “healthcare assistance payments” as income, nor does Medicaid skip a beat on trying to get some of its expenditures back through the estates of those for whom they’ve expended resources. The state in this case could have let this boy/girl eventually end up on Medicaid as part of Obamacare and then Medicaid would damn sure go looking for somebody’s money. My guess is the mom. Don’t ever trust them.
