To: Harmless Teddy Bear

Beau Monde seasoning is always confusing to me. It’s hard to find these days, so I’ve looked for recipes. They’re all so different, with some being made mostly of celery salt and onion; and others containing spices.

This is similar to what I’m used to:

The first on is dang close to what a few friends and I came up with.

Beau Monde: 8 parts celery salt, 8 parts onion powder, 3 parts powdered sugar and 1 part salt

We couldn’t tell it from the original. I use it a lot in dips.
