He's hogging the conversation because she sounds even more stupid than he does. I guess he's going all "Castro" with the never-ending monologue because he sees this as the last chance to bore another nation to death....I'm in another room and don't think I heard but 20 seconds from her.

I saw one of these meetings with Merkel and there was a bunch of world leaders and a lot of flags on flagpoles.

Merkel grabbed her own country's flag, rolled it up, and tossed it over to the side with a definite look of disdain on her face.
