I know one must have fat to round out the diet, mother was weird about it. Don’t know why, she was 5-7 and never went over 120. When she died, she looked like an Auschwitz survivor to me. Oh, well...
You mentioned she smoked. Did she have some sort of COPD? When you say she was weird about fat, do you mean, she avoided it as much as possible?
