No, it isn’t.
No president can unilaterally bind the country to an “irreversible” agreement.
LOL - we don’t want to reverse, just kill it. Since it was never ratified, it is a nothing.
Try “pound sand”. See if THAT is irreversible!
So when we fire up those clean coal plants, and are in “violation” (as most countries were for Kyoto a few years back), who’s gonna put whom in jail?
Yeah Frankie, not so much.
You better hope the muslim invasion of your country in not irreversible.
That is a real problem, unlike Gore-Bull Warming.
We’ll see.
Meanwhile, Hollande, better start looking at the stage 4 cancer contained within your soon to be not beautiful capitol.
Wrong, Globalist pig.
Did I miss something? When did the Senate ratify this treaty? Assuming they didn’t, this “accord” can be reversed the moment Trump is sworn in.
Francois Holland is not an expert on the American Constitution. A TREATY cannot be approved by the President. His signature is not binding. Only the approval of the Senate will allow any “Treaty” to be effective. Time the Idiot (who is not popular with the French people) learns to keep his mouth shut over things he cannot control. He will NOT be reelected next spring.
And if President Trump decides to ignore the deal, exactly what are the consequences?
France will pout?
The entire agreement is voluntary.
Well, it’s irreversible for countries that are bound by it. The US is not in that group. Maybe France is, though. :-)
Sorry Hollande, the Senate didn’t ratify. You don’t get to dictate.
I don’t expect socialists like Hollande to be expert on the US Constitution. I certainly do expect him to hate it, though.
THAT is a real problem. Not the belief that plant food (CO2) is harmful to people who breathe plant poop (Oxygen)
Yes because certain laws can never be reversed. max sarcasm.
Yeah, sure it is. [/s]
