That means they need places to hook up. Because it seems the only place LGBTQ etc people can really have a good time is in a bathroom stall somewhere.

Mr. Mercat and I spent several days in France this September. In the campgrounds the bathrooms and showers were not designated. We finally decided that the side with the outdoor urinals was the guys and by default the other was the girls. The autobahn rest stops were designated but were squat toilets. I’m sure glad I’m not handicapped but its a bit difficult for this old lady to squat. I felt very cranky. The only public toilet we found in central Paris was down two flights of stairs. As we were coming up a tour group was trying to get about four wheelchair bound people down the stairs. So generally France gets a D minus on this topic. Otherwise, I really don’t care and would not let a little one boy or girl, go into a bathroom without me or Mr. M.
