Something to consider: a pardon is given to a person CONVICTED of a crime. There’s no such thing as a pardon of a possible future conviction.

Won’t happen. Obama is not going to soil himself to save Clinton. She’s all on her own. If he pardons her his legacy is gone. He will have to admit he KNEW she was a crook all along. Then, suddenly, missing emails aren’t so missing anymore and the headers have Obama’s address on them with his own private server. And Obama can’t throw a blanket pardon for crimes she hasn’t even been charged with. This will be fun.
Could the Obamas and Clintons scorch earth eachother with a MAD policy? They could. Which one is willing to be the fall guy for the other? Neither. Who, in a trump administration, is going to protect either of them?

Smellin Salt is right — he can pardon her without a conviction or even an indictment by a grand jury.
I don’t think he wants to, because it is an admission of guilt. And he’s guilty of crimes too since he lied about not knowing (”I found out from the news just like the rest of you”), and he had a pseudonym he used to communicate with her by private email on matters of official business.
If Trump forces Obama to pardon her, then it’s one less headache for Trump later. But we would prefer for her to never be pardoned, and for a new prosecutor like Giuliani to step in later. Of course the FBI and DOJ would have to be cleaned up first (get rid of Comey and corrupt *2 man McCabe).
How come you can’t see the vote tally?
