The White House isnt ruling out the possibility of Hillary Clinton receiving a last-minute pardon from President Obama even though she hasnt been charged with a crime.
Asked at Wednesdays press briefing whether Obama had considered utilizing his unique executive power, press secretary Josh Earnest was cryptic.

He reminds me of Snowden. Hero or traitor?
There are many powerful entities out there, both innocent and evil, that have contributed to the C. Foundation in order to play.
Now that the Clinton game has come to an abrupt end, there are likely many groups out there that are pretty pissed off that their contribution to play won't be honored..........
Point here is that if you want to pay to play, and you paid and now.... you can't play.... baseball bats on kneecaps, usually follow. or worse.
I'm hoping for the worse.........
So he is going to issue a prophylactic pardon to someone that came a whisker from being president and half the country voted for with many of them crying their eyes out because she lost. We dodged a nuclear warhead but we are still screwed.

even if she is pardoned assign a special prosecutor and bring out all the dirt so the world can see a corrupt potus and cronies, stomp the clinton foundation into disgrace and hope they just go away..this is important, presidents pardoning traitors is an act of treason
I love it when judges cite judges and their fabrications.
Depends how much 0bama is mixed up in all this. He can’t pardon himself.
A most interesting question.
If the pardon was issued after a trial, probably not. Doing so would be subjecting a person to double jeopardy.
But more interesting is the question of can a future President reverse a pre-emptive pardon. In that case the person pardoned was never subjected to any jeopardy in the first place, so there answer might be yes.
Especially if a very high degree of malfeasance comes to light after the pre-emptive pardon.
Also, note that Ford's pardon of Nixon was only for crimes against the United States, i.e. federal crimes. He could have still been charged with crimes against an individual state.
Quid Pro Hoe.
I imagine that they are.
Obama’s Legacy
Really? Then what's the purpose of the briefing job?
Notice how only NOW is the media asking Obama if he will pardon Hillary?
The media never asked Obama this question during the campaign, in order to protect Hillary, even though it was an obvious and important question.
That’s what happened with Nixon...
Ford pardoned Nixon without tricky Dick being convicted.
Surely you guys wouldn’t trust the Clintons to keep their side of any bargain? Once pardoned, they would do whatever they pleased.
That's because they always assumed she would win. There would be no conviction if she won. Now that it's President Trump (who said in a debate he would hire a special prosecutor) it's pertinent to ask.
So what was Nixon pardoned for?
A president can only pardon federal crimes, not state crimes and charity fraud is a state crime.
