The White House isnt ruling out the possibility of Hillary Clinton receiving a last-minute pardon from President Obama even though she hasnt been charged with a crime.
Asked at Wednesdays press briefing whether Obama had considered utilizing his unique executive power, press secretary Josh Earnest was cryptic.

Sure didn't take them long, did it? Of course, by even discussing a pardon, they are admitting that there were crimes committed. The rat scum takes care of its own. I wonder if there is any legal way to prevent Odungo from pardoning this destructive amoral selfish witch.

How does a pre-emptive pardon work. Is that even possible?

I want Clinton out of our lives, forever.
I'll even accept a pardon of Hillary if she, Bill, and Chelsea shut down the Foundation and disappear, forever -- with a footnote after their names:
[*] impeached and/or pardoned for multiple crimes.
I never want to hear their names, again. And in bi-partisan spirit, I never want to hear the Bush name again.
No more dynasties. Goodbye and good riddance.

She didn’t do anything according to James Comey. So what would she need pardoned for?

And doesn’t a “pardon” require a predetermination of guilt?
What a quandary.

Agreed.
I think Trump did to them what Rudy did to the five families in NYC.

I thought she had to be tried and found guilty first? What is it with this issue? I can't believe so many FReepers are so ignorant of history.
Ford pardoned Nixon. Nixon was never impeached, he was never indicted.
It was challenged, and a court upheld the pardon as a proper exercise of Presidential power.

This subject has been around the block a bit.
The answers are:
Yes, he can pardon her.
Only for Federal crimes
Google: Ford, Nixon Pardon
Yes, he will pardon her.
Yes, He will pardon others.
He will do so to keep his half white ass out of jail.

Exactly what I would like to see, no negotiation, this is the deal, Clintons, take it or leave it.

Obviously they're worried.
Knowing Hillary's nature, it might be surprising that there was no push-back on the election, no protest about winning the popular. Nothing, not a peep; just a meek concession of defeat and gracious congratulations to Trump.
Then it dawns on me she REALLY doesn't want to piss him off.

Here is the question. Can Obama pardon her for future crimes? I believe the Clinton Foundation is a criminal organization, so the crime goes on day after day. How will they deal with the daily crimes of the Clinton Foundation?
