In the time of the Roman Empire, when a General won a major battle for Rome, he would hire or press an Auriga into service. An Auriga was a slave, albeit a very literate one, who would whisper into the General's ear "Memento homo"(remember you are only a mortal man) during the celebrations and processions.

While I am ELATED that Donald Trump has seemingly cinched victory, I am forced to remind us all that America has just entered it's most dangerous time in the entire history of the country.
The most dangerous time in America’s history starts tomorrow and ends on Jan 20, 2017.
Obama still is in power. He can create a lot of chaos. He can even start a nuclear war.
We are victors on the battlefield. But, I whisper, "Remember, we are only mortal men."

I wish that on 20 Jan, at Trump’s swearing in, he dons a USMC DI’s hat, turns to 0bama, and barks “Disappear, scumbag!”

Just afraid, that Trump, like H.Hoover is the right man but at the wrong time. The Left has set this thing up to fail and in fact hold the triggers to a economic meltdown, just as Chuck U Schumer did at the time of Fannie Mae in 2008, when they needed a “crisis too good to waste”.
