Some herbs work very well! 15 years ago I had to walk with a cane. Arthritic right knee. Too much shingling and flooring work, American doc just gave me strong Ibuprofen. My Shanghai lady friend took me to a trad Chinese herbal doc. He gave me three bags of mixed herbs to make tea. First three didn’t help. I went back. He said I was much bigger than his other patients, and gave me a stronger batch. Helped some. Went back. Slightly different mixture. I don’t know where my old cane is anymore! Don’t need it!
