We always complain about something being out of context...but now we gotta watch for this kinda cr**.

So some states can actually recall your ballot? I assume they can see it....so much for secret ballot.

In early voting they mark ballot with a number. Then if they need to retrieve it, they look for that number. Only then is your ballot no longer secret. Supposedly.
