A similar phenomenon happens after any bus accident in Philadelphia, which is one of the reasons why SEPTA buses are covered with video cameras, inside and out.

Welp, the mussies put on a show. They selected a wrecked vehicle, put an explosive in it, had a crowd of performers waiting, detonated the bomb, then the crowd of performers rush in and put on their show.

Not really worried here. Most Arab states are cleared to view coalition drone strikes and they know the ROE don’t support what is depicted.
2.That wasn't high explosive: too little blast, way too much flame.
3.A bunch of guys just happen to run like lemmings directly towards the blast - unless they all have really limited intelligence, who does that?
4. Next, the whole first set of guys fall down, as if there was a chemical agent being propelled by the explosion. The problem is that Mustard wouldn't drop people that fast, and a nerve agent would work fast but the victims would be twitching uncontrollably. That, and all of the people who came to assist would be affected too. That leaves Hydrogen Cyanide, which would act that fast and maybe the residual would have been swept away with a wind.
All I can think of is that this was test of their latest terror weapon and the poor buggers that fell victim were tricked into running into an agent cloud to see what would happen.
