I don't post a lot, and I know this isn't really an "article," but this guy's twitter account is fascinating, and if his sources are right, factions in the FBI are trying to figure out how to actually charge Hillary without Obama getting to Pardon her.

Also it ties back to the pipeline, Qatar, Russia etc

Well worth a scan through. Seems to me part of the FBI wants HRC and Obama to face the music for some very bad things, but are afraid of a double pardon.

President Nixon was never charged with anything.

How much more crap does it take for someone to grow a pair and disqualify her as a candidate? There’s plenty of evidence showing intent, treason, fraud, etc.

Even if this unlikely scenario had any validity, a pardon would not protect a President Hillary from impeachment, which she would surely face before finishing the Oath.

If they charge her at any time up to January 20, Obama can pardon her.

Sorry, the article doesn’t reflect reality:

1. The FBI charges no one.

2. Obama can pardon anyone for any federal crime - whether they have been charged or not - up to 12:00 P.M., EST, on 1/20/2017. If he wants to pardon her, he will, and nothing that the FBI does will stop that.

This is Bull.... Obama can’t pardon anyone that hasn’t been convicted. It will be a long process to get through all of the charges, then she gets convicted. Obama will be long gone.

Wonder what Cankle shackles look like? :-)

FBI sources, "Pro HRC faction within FBI trying to charge HRC this week so Obama can pardon. Pro Trump faction wants to wait till Nov 9th." Hector Morenco ‏@hectormorenco 3h3 hours ago

FBI won't charge HRC before election because Obama will use power to pardon her. "If we release Weiner file before Nov. 8th she'll walk."

So he's going to pardon her before the election? Or he's going to use the election as a referendum on prosecution and if she wins he'll pardon her?

He could just issue a blanket pardon after the election whatever the prosecutor does. I really doubt Hillary's supporters think her being indicted on the eve of the election would be a plus for her campaign.

“FBI won’t charge HRC before election because Obama will use power to pardon her.”

How can a president pardon an ongoing criminal operation? If he pardons her Wednesday, the criminal operation is still in operation on Thursday.

There has been a tug of war within the FBI and between the FBI and DOJ over the entire server gate investigation. I’m sure it will continue.

Keep in mind that if Clinton wins and is subsequently charged and has to step down, we would likely get President Kaine. Trump will be out of the picture if he loses.

"Pro HRC faction within FBI trying to charge HRC this week so Obama can pardon.

BS. He can simply pardon her for whatever federal crimes she may or may not have committed. There is no need for her actually to have been charged.

Much nonsense here. For example: " "Pro HRC faction within FBI trying to charge HRC this week so Obama can pardon. Pro Trump faction wants to wait till Nov 9th." Hector Morenco ‏@hectormorenco 3h3 hours ago" 1. Obama can pardon her regardless whether she is charged. 2. Obama can pardon her after Nov 9 but before Trump takes the oath.

If Obama were going to pardon Clinton he'd do it in January 19th or the morning of the 20th. That's when these sort of dirty deals get done.

And with anyone other than Trump coming in that's exactly what would happen. However Trump is smarter than that. He knows that Obama was always a tool of others, so why not use him as well and take down the Clinton crime syndicate once and for all.

The only reason Clinton believes she'd be pardoned is because of the dirt she has on Obama. But Trump (and only Trump) can remove that leverage by assuring Obama that if he does not pardon Clinton then Trump will pardon Obama if/when she implicates him. But if on the other hand Obama does pardon Clinton then they'll be nothing Trump can do when his DoJ/FBI comes calling at Obama's doorstep.

3D Chess.

This is STUPID. Obama can pardon anytime up until the end of his term so this is nonsense.

There will be no indictment before election, no matter what.

And this NOv 8 date is stupid... If they want to worry about the pardon date is up until the new president is sworn in.. Not Election Day.

Don’t know who or what this Twitter account is but this is just flat out bogus claims.

Gees people...drop the discussion on the pardon, you are MISSING THE POINT. Look at what this guy has, all the way back to Benghazi and why Cris Stephens was left swinging in the wind. The pipeline in Iran, the Syrian war, why Putin is ready for war. Focus! The pardon discussion is missing what is happening here!!!

Since when do you need an indictment to arrest? Many times an indictment follows arrest.
