2. Obama can pardon anyone for any federal crime - whether they have been charged or not - up to 12:00 P.M., EST, on 1/20/2017. If he wants to pardon her, he will, and nothing that the FBI does will stop that.

If FBI has 5 investigations looking into all angles of Clintons as other threads here say then we don’t exactly know who all may be indicted or such.
