This doesn’t change the fact that Comey is in the tank for the ‘Toons. The email server which was set up to obstruct justice by itself was enough to put Hill in the fed pen for over a decade.
Here is my theory.
Comey has millions in ill gotten gains from Billary.
So he put people he has the goods on to investigate Billary.
Meanwhile the NYPD Special Crimes Unit has an investigation going on on Wiener.
So there is all this evidence that Comey can’t destroy as it is outside his control.
Oh, crap! He has to go public with it.
It is obvious that this is NOT due to serious evidence, or threats to national security because by just setting up the server to obstruct justice that bar was already met.
It has been widely reported the lengths to which Comey was going to destroy all Clinton evidence, so that backs this theory up.
Of course we have been hearing about the mutiny in the FBI, so that put more pressue on Comey as well. This is likely worse that we’ve heard. The problem is that Comey cannot fire anyone, as they will go to the press.

here’s my theory:
*Comey may have the $$’s & in the tank for clintons* but it DOESN’T stop the chain of custody of evidence that CPS, et al found on laptops,cell phones and other devices in the Weiner household including his wife’s.
CPS/other law enforcement agency(ies)found information that was related to a federal investigation-it was presented to Preet Bharara who in turn notified the FBI.
If one thinks information found on their devices regarding a federal investigation has not been explored within a shadow of a doubt you are wrong. Regardless of what Comey “found” in the previous FBI investigation and his comments about intent don’t hold water now .
But here are 4 other things to think about that play a part in all of this: #1 some of the wikileaks that have come out most recently showing intent and cover-up. #2: more wikileakes #3: Kimdotcom 33,000 emails & #4: Julian Assange stating he has information to be soon released “that will lead to Hillary’s arrest”. #’s 3 &4 have yet to appear-perhaps Comey has a idea of what this is all about .

Comey may be replaced but releasing this info is not a personal redemption- he’s been excusing the Clintons for years. His hand was forced by rule of law

That 0bama and VJ were complicit makes them both accessories and subject to same penalties as HRC.
Comey has twice in the past dealt with Clinton problems and both times found them innocent as the driven snow. He is owned lock stock and barrel by the ClintonCrimeFamily. Which is why 0bama appointed him in the first place - in case the CCF got up to something, he had a ‘get out of jail card’ from the CCF.
