I’ve seen the term there, and on a couple of YouTube videos.
Offensive line numbers are typically from 50 to 79 regardless of position. If one of these guys lines up as an eligible receiver (on the end of the line) and are going to participate in something other than line play, they have to report to the referee.
Neat! prevents the defense from getting in a proper formation.

Team faces the line on scrimmage, the QB facing the team, barked the play.
Then my favorite. Alabama IIRC. Don’t recall a name for it.
Team huddled in a circle/oval, broke the huddle as if unwinding. End would start toward the far end of the line, rest of the team followed to their position, in order.
Visually really cool.
Football can be quite boring, especially if you have coach who grinds out the ground game. I like the creativity, not a fan of this formation, but it's something different.
