She was able to describe the truck as a newer model, royal blue, lifted Ford F250 pickup truck. She also described the attempted kidnapper as a white man with salt and pepper hair slicked back, a large salt and pepper mustache, about 5-foot-11, 180 pounds, and tattoos that included an eyeball on his forehead and a skull on his neck.
