I saw this MacBook in a coffee shop a couple of days ago…
The truth is no known. Apple released its new MacBook Pro models on October 27, 2016 and they DID NOT call the touch bar the "Magic Tool Bar", they called it simply the "Touch Bar". . . So, Apple may own the Trademark for "Magic Tool Bar" but they are not going to use it, but can prevent others from using it. LOL!
