This is well worth the 20 minute listen and an utter revelation which you certainly will not hear from the media. This is an outstanding analysis and in the way she explains it there is nothing close to what the media portrays.
I have followed Diana for a long time. She is a woman with total common sense.
Well done, good post. I have to admit, I didn’t think about it, even though I support him I reacted to this pretty much like everyone else. But she’s right. If you pay attention, it actually proves he is a gentleman in the presence of a woman.
Excellent analysis. Diana Davidson drove in and analyzed when many just reacted or averted their eyes, turning something that was just banter into something that could be sold as shameful. The portions of the tape that are excluded on MSM airings put the whole thing in perspective. He analysis makes it obvious what a hit piece this was.
Thanks GilGil!
Needs to be sent to Laura.
An appearance or link to other media is appropriate
OUTSTANDING, but why so piddly few comments?
Great post!
I wasn’t expecting much, but this is actually very good and I sent it out to others on my email list.
I had noticed when he changed from the active to the passive voice before talking about “feeling up” the permissive “ladies”. (They let you....)
Of course it was a set up, but then the “accomplished media and political personalities” with their academic credentials have shown themselves time and time again unable to handle their own language properly. It may have been unfair when he wrote it, but today I give Bernhard Shaw full points for writing that English is not spoken in America. (Or was that only in the musical? Haven't time to check that now. Have to live with the shame.)
Anyway, first time I really understood that people high up in the media-poitical and legal(!!) world did not understand their own language was when I listened to transcripts of the Scooter Libby trial. An important issue was a discussion between Woodward and Novak. A tape recording of their phone(?) conversation was produced for the jury to listen to. However, anyone who can understand the English language, and knows the difference between passive and active voice, and furthermore is able to handle the conditional, would have (see it ain't so difficult!) been able to see that the two pompous men started to talk about two different things already after the first couple of sentences. Therefore they could not possibly have remembered what the other one had said, simple because they were not listening to each other.
If I remember correctly, Clarice Feldman picked up that one, but again as far as I remember no one else. Sad and it cost a god man his career. One would have hoped the present story will cost many reporters and reporterettes their careers, but I guess that would be too much to ask.
PS: Miss M, I added you to this post because I think this analysis goes hand in hand what you wrote about Donald Trump as a young man. Some of us just never change that much! Please, watch the video. I would like to hear what you think about it.
Apart from making a solid case that DJT is a real gentleman this reveals yet one more instance of the MSM being utterly crooked. They have zero integrity or credibility.
A really outstanding analysis! Well worth the time!

Absolutely right.Bookmarked.
Not only does this gal capture what every sane woman felt about the encounter, that is, that Billy Bush was driving it, but she gives an accurate transcript of the conversation. I’m not sure about the dress thing - it’s the same dress worn in the soap episode, and I don’t know the story-line of that soap character - was the character she played always trashy or was the outfit amped up for Trump’s appearance. Arianne said she flirted with Donald (because, back 10 years ago, it was ok to flirt):

This should have legs! Watch.
This was fascinating. At 20 minutes long, it takes her until at least 5 minutes in to really get to the good part, 7 minutes in to get to the video. So I shared to Facebook hoping people would at least start at 7 minutes in and watch for 10 minutes. But at only 5000+ views nobody is seeing this. I wish someone would take the salient part and repackage it as a 1-2 minute bit that can be seen by many more people.
The most enlightening thing, is the conversation that was brushed off as crosstalk. That conversation between Bush and Trump (and the others on the bus) is crucial to understanding what was really going on, and what was meant by what was said later. You can bet the MSM KNEW that conversation was exculpatory and so dismiss as crosstalk and do not include in transcript.
Thanks for the link. Very interesting video, media only used what they wanted from it.
BTTT
For this reason it's surprising it was used last week rather than the weekend before November 8th. As an attack it was weak on facts and substance but long on faux outrage and dudgeon. It clearly moved the needle in the polls for a few days, but Trump has already largely recovered from it and the public is now inoculated against this so further attempts to push this meme will have muted effect. In the meantime, the blatant media bias and distortions are becoming too obvious to miss on the part of many voters, and that will only play to Trump's advantage.
bump for later read
I hope Melania watches this. Donald doesn’t owe her an apology. He mentioned her as a good husband would. He deserves, from her, a kiss.
