BMW and Audi drivers are known to be a-hole drivers. They’re pathetic.

One time I was walking with a small group of co-workers, we just walked off the curb into the crosswalk and a a-hole BMW driver takes a fast right turn in front of us, narrowly missing two females in front of me. I'm talking close enough to brush against their clothes. I jumped forward and punched the rear fender as it went by. The BMW driver pulled over at the end of the block, looks at the fender and starts screaming at me. Says I should pay for damaging his beamer, demanded my name etc.

I got vocal with him, we argued for a while. He said he would call the cops, I said go ahead, he nearly killed a couple women in the crosswalk and how would he like to be jailed. My group continued walking and he followed us. I told him if he wants to fight, his fight is with me and leave out my co-workers. Of course he wouldn't fight and started crying about his BMW and what am I going to do about the dent. I told him "Nothing, let it be a lesson to you. And by the way your car is in a tow-away zone.". He ran back to his car and we never saw him again.

Isn’t passing on the right illegal?

I hear they handle like they're on a rail.....

Decades ago it was the Benz drivers who got that rep. BMWs and Audis were rarer back then.

Good one. You should have recorded this idiot on your phone. Here in L.A. they’re all over the place but MB’s are different, just a few believe it or not in downtown L.A. i would say it’s BMW’s 3-1 ratio over MB’s.

You should have recorded this idiot on your phone.

This was a few years back when it wasn't common for phones to have cameras, back when I was working before retiring. The way I figured it, we were legally crossing in a pedestrian crosswalk and had the right of way, the BMW could clearly see us as a group walking across and legally should yield the right of way to pedestrians when taking a right turn. So he was definitely in the wrong to nearly hit us in an attempt to take the turn in front of us. I had no qualms about punching his rear fender in defiance of the near hit on my co-workers (and me). If he were to fight me in a fist fight, I was up to it; he would lose legally for assault and I was sure I could take him. If he called the cops, the cops would side with me (it just so happened I was working with police at the time). And if he got a lawyer and sued, again I have a couple good lawyers and knew I would win. This BMW driver was an ass and I'd get a good settlement from him.
