Because of all the times I’ve been investigated, why would, why would I want to use emails? Can you imagine?

This tells me what I already knew. Most of her dirty communications is NOT done via email of any sort. Sure we might find some crap here and there but we won't find much of the heavy stuff. Tip of the iceberg.

The best stuff involves recordings like the one you shared which is video or audio catching her just talking to people. We need more of these types of communications.

My guess is no matter what she says if its not under oath it won’t matter. Even if under oath if you have people that have been compromised well than you see what happens.

Upon seeing the headline, I thought this was going to be a more recent video that could be direct correlate to her SoS tenure.

If this video is from 2000, and Hillary was not SoS til 2007, there’s really nothing actionable here. It shows that she’s contemptible and deceptive, but it’s not a smoking gun to rebut her sworn testimony, no.
