A former 911 operator is facing charges after she allegedly confessed to hanging up on callers.
According to KPRC, 43-year-old Crenshanda Williams has been charged with interference with an emergency telephone call.
Court documents allege that Williams was involved in thousands of “short calls,” or 911 calls that last 20 seconds or less.
In fact, KPRC reports that Williams even hung up on a man who was reporting a deadly shooting at a convenience store.
When questioned about the calls, she allegedly admitted to hanging up on callers “because she did not want to talk to anyone at that time.”
She’ll have to answer to a higher power someday.
Said she got charged with a misdemeanor.
Well, of course the "Q" & "Z" are silent...
We all will but that doesn't help anyone here at the moment.
She’s facing misdemeanor charges at best, so far.

I work at a Helpdesk and I have known people like this over the years.
Many years ago when I worked at Earthlink I had a co-worker who when it was a mac support call would say hold on as he said he would transfer them to the mac queue. (another 20 to 30 minute wait!)
We were the mac queue..... He hated mac users saying they did not know anything about the computers. He was right but still he was suppose to help them.
Probably she spoke ebonics so callers couldn’t have understood her anyway. No harm no foul???

Government jobs are nothing more than gubmint funded jobs programs that stocked with minorities.
they are, and it shows; instead of government makework (unneeded construction and such around election time), this is just “fakework”. Now the private sector is required under threat of lawsuits to hire them for fakework as well.
Without such programs black (American) unemployment would be 95%+; most lack even the most basic jobs skills (such as English).
De facto reparations; 50 years of this nonsense and it has only gotten worse. Too many of them just don’t fit in a modern economy...
