Officers rushed to the scene as they believed the chicken was "giving passing motorists cause for concern" and captured it. Yeah, shoot to kill our dogs, but capture the chicken and ponder why it was attempting to cross the road. Wish they would put more effort in capturing dogs rather than to shoot them. The chicken was trying to cross the road to escape getting butchered!
