Should Trump decide to pull out, Mike Pence would make an excellent substitute, given that he's a Conservative, highly intelligent, wise, knowledgeable, sober and mature.
That is, if we lived in a sane and intelligent world, which we unfortunately do not. He would not likely have the far reaching support as Trump.
I think every Trump supporter would get behind Pence if Donald asked them to.
And I personally have 8-10 non political friends that hate Hillary and Trump both, would not vote for either, but have said that they really like Pence and would vote for him if he were the nominee.
It definitely would be an interesting scenario.
The anger that has been building because of the GOP wusses and the anger that is now being heightened by the biased media... there is no chance in hell that anyone who would take Trump’s place could win. the GOP had better back Trump.. the base would sit it out before handing the gop a victory without Trump.
