The trial will be moved so as not to “prejudice the jury” against the defendant. Six months. Trial will be be delayed 3-4 years. Convictee will appeal. Another 7-10 years. Death Verdict will be appealed. 10-20 years until SCOTUS. Yah; real justice.

While what this guy did was depraved, what it really was is EVIL.
Evil, as in Satanic. Lucifer, the devil, the evil one.
Who could do such a thing?
What could “possess” a person to sexually assault, as in rape, a 9 month old baby?
What in the world is “sexual” about a 9 month old BABY?
These types of actions can not be explained by anything other than supernatural evil.
No trial for this evil man. He needs to be found dead, hanged in his cell, TODAY!
We need to rid this world of these demons wherever we find them, as soon as we find them.
In this case there is no doubt of his guilt.

Exactly right. The mothers who MUST have a man-any man-who put their children in danger for sex are guilty of child endangerment and accessories to murder in this case. Through extreme selfishness or pathological stupidity women like this sacrifice their children to men like this. She should be sterilized and incarcerated and he should be treated as he treated that baby and executed-slow. Thats this womans opinion.

Nonsense. He does not deserve the pleasure of suffering. Animals are slaughtered as painlessly as possible. That is the appropriate treatment. Sadly it is not available. He will spend 20-30 years in prison where his rights will be protected.
