Serling wasn’t real happy about NG, but it was still a good series. I always watched it.
Stories with little dolls, goblins or whatever running around just don’t do much for me in general. Except make me giggle.
A trilogy that scared me as a kid (and still can) is the 1963s movie “Black Sabbath”:

What about, “My name is ‘Talky Tina’ and I’m going to kill you”.

Lol!

Did that include the one with Vincent Price, Peter Lorie, and the cat?

I just realized I have Black Sabbath, with Boris Karloff, in my horror films collection. But I didn't recall until I checked that it was directed by the same guy who did the cult classic Black Sunday with the hauntingly beautiful Barbara Steele (Mario Bava).

However, there were two versions of that movie, each with its own dubbing and soundtrack. The one most widely available is weak compared to the one that the Americans (American International Pictures) had dubbed themselves via some New York City audio studio. I have that one in my collection as well, and it's far superior to the one the Italians had dubbed to English when they sold the film to AIP.
