The civilians should know better ! Kids aren’t even allowed to bite their pop tarts to look like a weapon. My daughter got written up in 1st grade for bringing a Toy Story lasar for show and tell. C’mon folks, quit taunting police and think it won’t blow up in your face. Absolutely no common sense here.

Basically, what the black racists, Hillary, the far left, Obama, the DOJ, soon the FBI, the thugs, and next the terrorists, are saying is:
* You cannot shoot a black or a Muslim or a terrorist (all three now a special class) if they take a threatening position that is the posture of holding a gun or other weapon pointed at the cops and after being ordered to drop what they are holding, refusing to drop it, rather the cops cannot do anything to save their own life and instead can only shoot out of self defense after the black or muslim or terrorist actually shots a cop in the face, chest, stomach.
* That if you are a black, muslim or terrorist, and the police arrive when such a black, muslim or terrorist is in the middle of a horrific crime, that this black, muslim or terrorist can simply run away and the cops cannot shoot the person after repeated orders to halt. They can just run away.
In other words, if you are a black, a muslim or a terrorist, you can do anything and not be shot by the police if and until you have already attacked an officer with deadly force. You can brandish something in your hand in a threatening manner and keep doing so after being told to drop it, or simply run away from a crime or terrorist scene and the police cannot shoot you if you refuse to halt.
Nice. Now the terrorists have even more ways to advantage us and kill us and the innocent.

I saw the photo. My first thought was actually, "El Cajon and he's not an illegal? Amazing!"
As with all officer involved shootings I run my personal litmus test.
If one of our servicemen lit up an Iraqi, for pointing his pipe at him, would my trooper be up on charges?
In my mind, the ROE for our police force must be higher than our ROE for our men and women in combat. Just my .02.
