Agreed. Stylistically it looks like something that should be $7.99 in a cardboard drugstore display, or a plastic kiddie toy at a dollar store. I just don’t get the aesthetics of those things at all. Then again, I think the whole smart watch concept is kind of dumb anyway. Why bother with such a dinky little screen when you can just use your phone? Different strokes, I guess.

Right now, I think the best looking smartwatch is the Pebble Time Round:

Plus, it's always on, and it is incredibly useful... I have one, as well as a Samsung Gear 2 (free with the S7 Edge), but I use the Pebble Time Round more. It's thinner (7.5mm), more comfortable to wear, and it does what I need: reminders, texts, e-mails, and tells the time... :)

And it's platform agnostic - works with all smartphones.
