I thought the Turks were our allies.
No worries, I saw the "sarcasm tag". I know several. It's amazing, they live here, and they simply hate our guts and that of most Americans. They have been raised that way, it's not going to change without heavy negative reinforcement, like being sent back to Turkey to sort out their own problems.
